摘 要 从参与国际标准化工作的角度，详细介绍了《OID 在物联网中的应用指南》国际标准提案的技术内容和推进过程。该标准提出了基于OID 的物联网标识体系总体建设方法，并对物联网的标识机制设计、解析系统建设和分布式服务器部署、运营操作规程等进行规范，并对今后继续参与国际标准工作提出了建议。

Abstract: From point view of participating the international standardization,firstly,this
article introduces proposal of IOT fundamental working group"Guidelines for using object
identifiers (OID) for the Internet of Things"for international standards and process of the
case in detail.This proposal presents general construction method of IOT identification 
system based on OID and specifies identification mechansim design of IOT, construcation 
of resolution system and deployment of distributed servers, and procedures of 
operational agency.At last the future to continue to participate in international standards
work is suggested.
