摘 要 介绍了中国企业主导的国际标准IEEE 1888 及其主要组件，分析了宝信软件 “宝之慧”应用开发平台与IEEE 1888 的对应关系，并介绍了基于IEEE 1888 和宝之慧能源云服务平台的原理、功能和应用。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the international standard IEEE 1888 leading by 
Chinese enterprises and its main components, analyzes the corresponding relation 
between IEEE 1888 and the software suite “BaoSmart” of Baosight Software, and 
introduces the principle and application of intelligent energy service platform-iPowerCloud
which is based on BaoSmart and IEEE 1888.
