摘 要 介绍了一体化监控指挥平台的关键技术，指出了一体化监控指挥平台是基于GIS 技术和组态技术，集信息采集、监视、控制、指挥、调度为一体，并搭建在综合集成的计算机网络系统及计算机管理系统上的软件平台。其采用构件化方法开发，可以为用户提供运行和开发环境，具有监控方式全面、监控对象完整、应用领域广泛、用户权限管理专业、接口技术丰富等技术优势。

Abstract: This article introduced the key technology of iCentroView, and pointed out that
iCentroview is a kind of software based on GIS technology and configuration technology.
It set information acquisition, monitor, control and command in on, and contributed on
computing net system and computing management system.It was developed by member
method and supplied custom operation and development environment, and it has
technology superiority such as overall monitor mode, complete monitor objective, wide
range of applications,professional user rights management,rich interface technology etc.
