摘 要 在分析远程医疗服务平台需求基础上，提出了基于云模式的远程医疗服务平台设计方案，并就平台总体架构设计、数据中心设计、面向服务的体系架构实现以及软硬件音视频系统整合等重点技术问题提出了具体的解决办法。

Abstract: This article analyzes the demand of telemedicine service platform, cames up 
with telemedicine service platform design based on cloud computing model and brings 
forward some solutions for important technical problems, such as platform overall
architecture design, data center design, SOA architecture implementation, hardware 
and software video system integration, etc.
