Abstract: Analyzes domestic enterprises information technology service operation and 
maintenance system's current status of conformance evaluation;introduces conformance
evaluation basis and evaluation methods, as well as existing issues to participate in 
conformance evaluation, and implementation suggestions for enterprises for passing 
conformance evaluation and obtaining certification as soon as possible.
