基于龙芯3 号CPU 的服务器功耗测试及分析

摘 要 阐述了龙芯3 号CPU 的性能特点及应用情况,在对比了采用龙芯CPU 以及Intel 和AMD CPU 服务器测得的实际功耗值的基础上,分析了这三种CPU 在不同情况下的能耗特点以及制造工艺对性能和功耗的影响。对影响CPU 功耗的主频、CPU 负荷以及节能功能等因素进行了研究,提出增加动态调频和提升制造工艺的建议。

Abstract: This article mainly expounds the performance characteristics of the Loongson
3 CPU and its application. The power consumption feature of different CPU and CPU
manufacturing technology would be take into account to figure out what may influence
CPU performance and power consumption would been analysized by comparing the
actual power consumption of Loongson servers measured based on Intel and AMD CPU,
then make a discussion about CPU frequency,CPU load value,energy saving function and
other factors that could affect power consumption. At last, we give some advices for
Loongson to improve performance and reduce power consumption.
