Abstract: This paper describes the various certification of radio devices needed for South
African market access,including ICASA, NRCS LoA and SABS CoC, which focuses on the 
overall content of ICASA certification, type approval of communication device also known
as ICASA certification, is South Africa radio device most important market access factor, 
including management systems,laws and regulations,certification processes and related
technical standards.
