摘 要 介绍了基于B/S 模式的新疆质监系统培训信息智能化管理平台, 分析了实现该平台的关键技术, 形成了规范化管理，提升了工作效率，最大限度地提高了自身的服务质量，提升了学员的满意度。

Abstract:This paper introduced the management platform for XinJiang Quality Supervision
System training information based on B/S Model, analyzed the key technology of this 
management platform.This platform realized the standardization management,improved
work efficiency, improved its service quality to the maximum, and enhanced the trainee
satisfaction.
