摘 要 针对目前企业IT 运维工作面临的管理日益复杂的问题，构建了IT 服务管理体系以及ITSM 逻辑架构平台。ITSM 体系在神朔铁路企业中的应用有效帮助了企业进行管理和提高IT 服务质量，并且为IT 运维服务管理提供了经验。

Abstract: In view of the increasingly complex problems faced by present enterprises' IT 
operational management, this paper constructs ITSM system and ITSM logical architecture 
platform. Application of ITSM in China shenshuo railway efficiently helps the company to 
manage and improve the quality of IT services,and provides experience for IT operation and
maintenance.
