摘 要 技术状态管理是信息系统工程项目管理的重要组成部分，应用于产品的整个生命周期，在信息系统研制过程中起着非常重要的作用。论述了如何对技术状态实施标识、控制、纪实、审核，强调要对技术状态管理进行监督检查，确保其按照计划正确实施。

Abstract: Technical state management is an important part of project management in the 
information system. It is applied to the whole life cycle of the products and plays a very 
important role in the information system development. This article describes how we 
implement mark, control, documentary and audit on technical state items.It also emphasizes
that supervision and inspection should be used to technical state management to ensure the
correct implementation according to the plan.
