Abstract: Introduces application scope of "Method of Measurement for The Image Quality of
3D TV", as well as key indicators in this standard, including 3D luminance and luminance 
difference, eyes crosstalk, 3D viewing angle, 3D flicker and so on. Also, analyzes the setting 
background of the indicators in standard and the quality of 3D TV products.
