摘 要 当前，企业专利保护面临严峻形势，强化企业专利战略迫在眉睫。加强专利战略设计，构建专利赢利模式，对增强企业核心竞争力，具有深远的战略意义。针对企业专利战略设计问题，并提出相应对策和建议。

Abstract:At present, more and more enterprises are confronted with the problem of how
to protect their patent. So,it’s very urgent for many enterprises to strengthen the 
management of their patent. Hence, to design the strategy of protecting patent,build the
operation model based on it and reinforce the core competency is a matter of having
profound senses. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and 
suggestions on the problem of design the strategy of patent.
