摘要  超三代（Beyond 3G）移动通信系统是多功能集成的宽带移动通信系统，其目标是实现商业无线网、局域网、蓝牙、广播、电视卫星通信等网络的无缝衔接并相互兼容。阐述了B3G系统中的无缝移动技术，探讨了移动IP在网络切换、移动性管理等方面的策略及对QoS的影响，在分析比较MIPv6基本模型、分层模型和快速切换模型的基础上，提出基于QoS的移动代理扁平架构。

Abstract：The Beyond 3G mobile communication system is a broadband mobile 
communication of multi-service,which will support the seamlessly access and compatibility
of business、LAN、bluetooth、broadcast、TV satellite communications and so on. In this
paper, we address the implementation in B3G system of seamlessly mobility.The model
of MAFS has been proposed through a comparison of basic model、Hierarchical Mobile 
Agents Tree and Fast-Handoff Model for MIPv6, where particular attention has been 
given to the problems of mobile IP handoff and mobility management and their impact
on QoS.
