摘要  论述并分析了技术标准与专利的关系，以及企业实施技术标准与专利管理的重要性，并提出了企业开展技术标准与专利工作的对策。

Abstract: This paper probed into the relationship between technology standard and 
patent as well as the reason why enterprises implement technology standard and
