摘  要  叙述了企业在应对欧盟RoHS指令和中国管理办法过程中会遇到的难题和重点需要解决的问题，并针对问题提出了推荐性的解决方案以供企业参考。

Abstract: This article describes the key points and difficulties which might be faced by 
enterprises who plan to comply with the EU RoHS directive and China Measures for the 
Control of Pollution from electronic information products and brings forward the 
strategies for enterprises to conquer the difficulties.
