摘要 随着我国加入WTO，针对我们的技术贸易壁垒已经严重的制约我国的对外贸易的进一步发展，标准作为其中的重要因素，其体系滞后已经是我国经济及技术进一步发展所必须要解决的问题。研究发达国家的标准化体系，进一步完善我们的标准化体系是我们的工作重点。

Abstract： Along with China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO)，the 
Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) aimed at China have restricted badly the further 
development for foreign trade. As an important factor of TBT,the standardization system
in our country is still very lag. In order to develop economy and technology, we must 
put emphases on research the standardization systems of developed countries and 
trying to perfect those of ourselves.
