Abstract: This paper analyzes the current development trend of the 3C (Computing, CE 
and Communication) industry. In particular, it introduces a Chinese National Industry 
Standard: Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing (IGRS) Standard and its 
industrialization efforts and results up-to-date.It also analyzes the technical framework
of the IGRS standard and describes its benefits to consumers and manufacturers alike.
Lastly, it presents its Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy for the global market.
