摘要  详细地阐述了便携式计算机移动电源系统行业的情况，分析了产生的原因，提出了产业的发展对标准的需求。对即将颁布的我国电子行业标准的内容及标准中的几项重要的性能指标进行了介绍。

Abstract: This paper indicated the state of portable computer mobile power industry,and
drew the conclusion that standards for the industry should be prepared for industry 
development.So it introduced the content and requirement of the interrelated standards
to be published.
