Research on EU, North African and Japanese Regulations about
Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipments
摘要 随着欧盟RoHS指令和WEEE指令的相继生效，国际以及世界各国有关电子电气环保问题的政策法规也越来越受到相关行业的关注。广泛收集了欧盟、北美和日本这些我国电子电气设备主要出口国家及地区的电子电气设备有害物质相关法规，对之进行了分析研究，并在这些研究的基础上，提出了有关电子电气设备有害物质合格评定以及在我国推行环境化设计的建议。

Abstract: Dueing to EU RoHS and WEEE directives coming into effect, environmental
regulations of electrical and electronic equipments all over the world are received more
attention by relative industries.In this paper we have collected relative regulations about
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipments from EU,North Afarican and
Japan，which are major exporting countries or areas of our electrical and electronic
equipments, and analysed them deeply. Based on the analysis, we propose some
suggestion about compliant assessment of hazardous substances in electrical and
electronic equipments and to promote environmental design in our country.
