摘要  IPC制定标准、举办技术研讨会、开展相关培训及认证，服务于电子互连行业的各个技术领域，其中制定印制电路板制造及组装方面标准的工作为业内所熟知。从IPC的历史、结构、目标、标准制定程序、现有标准概况以及标准化服务方面着手，对其进行系统分析，希望提升我国电子制造业对IPC组织及其制定的标准的理解。

Abstract: IPC has provided service for the electronic interconnect industry by means of 
developing standards, holding trade show,training and certification.Particularly,it is most
famous for its works in developing standards for the PCB manufacturer and electronics
assembly. Introducing IPC's history,structure,objective,standardization process,
standardization work and services. this article tries to help electronic manufacturers to 
be geared to the international standards and foster their core competitiveness.
