摘要  为实现输出图像质量判定自动化，提出了丢帧法，该方法具有能自动化、与马赛克捕捉法一致、易实现的特性。对用丢帧法判定的原理、必要性、可行性及其实现做了分析，并就实际应用的效果做了描述，经过测试，证明丢帧法是可以实用的。

Abstract: For realizing the judging automation for the quality of video output, the paper 
proposed the MLFD (method of the lost frames detection). The MLFD has the 
characteristics of capable of automation,compliant with the method of catching mosaic,
easy for realization. The paper analyses the theory, the necessity,the feasibility and the
realization of MLFD, and describes the effect of MLFD in the practical application. It is
proved that the MLFD can be put into practical application by testing.
