摘要  介绍了中国《电子信息产品污染控制管理办法》和欧盟RoHS指令的异同点，对相关企业如何应对这些环保指令提出了建议。

Abstract: In this paper,the similarities and differences of the Measures for Administration
of the Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products and EU RoHS Directive are 
introduced, and the advice of how the interrelated producers reply to these directives
are introduced.
