摘要  介绍了跨Windows和Linux平台的藏文输入法技术及技术特征。论述了在不同操作系统环境藏文输入法的实现方法，从而设计在Windows和Linux两类OS间的输入法接口模块；讨论了使用软件移植、第三方虚拟机工具、操作系统抽象层等三种技术，设计跨多个操作系统平台的藏文输入法。

Abstract: This article introduces the technologies of Tibetan input method cross the 
Windows and Linux platform, and the characteristics of Tibetan input. The
implementations of Tibetan input method of different operating systems are discussed 
based on the theories of Tibetan input methods, and thereby to design the interface 
modules of Tibetan input method between Windows and Linux; This paper also 
discusses how to design a cross-platform Tibetan input method by using three kinds of 
technologies software transplant, the third party virtual machine tools and the abstract 
level of operating systems.
