摘要  藏文的传统拉丁转写方案较多，但这些转写方案的产生时间都较早,不适合计算机键盘输入，因此已不能满足当今信息化时代藏文信息化建设的需要。在借鉴已有的各种转写方案的基础上，论述了统一藏文拉丁转写的必要性，并且提出了藏文拉丁转写应遵循的原则。

Abstract: In this paper, we reviewed several systems of Tibetan's Latin transcription
Though each of them made its contribution to the spread of Tibetan culture, but most of
them are designed for handwriting or printing and lagged behind in this information time
So we advice to absorb the advantages of each transcription system and design a
computer-processing-based Latin transliteration system of Tibetan so as to accelerate
Tibetan informatization. Also we proposed some criterion that this new transliteration
system should follow.
