摘要  简要介绍了电子信息产业标准和标准化技术组织的情况，分析了现行电子信息产业标准体系的现状、特点、作用，提出了面向产品形成链建立和应用标准体系的思路。

Abstract: This paper brief introduces the situation of standard and standardization 
technology organization of electronics information industries ,analyses the current 
situation, characteristic, function of the standard system of electronics information
industries, have put forward the thinking of establish and apply standard system facing
the products form chain.
