摘要  开展信息技术产品的合格评定活动首先要对产品的认证特性进行分析，这是建立相应认证制度、确立适用的认证模式的前提，也是开展产品的合格评定活动的基础性工作。

Abstract: In order to develop the conformity assessment activities, the certification 
characteristics of the products should be analyzed firstly, which is the foundation of the 
establishment of the certification systems and certification models. Through these 
conformity assessment activities, the information technology industry can be improved 
to be more sustained and more healthy.
