摘要  阐述了数字电视产品及相应市场环境对产品认证的需求，明确了认证特性的确定原则，通过分析确定了开展数字电视显示器产品自愿性认证的模式，介绍数字电视产品开展自愿性认证工作的技术依据和认证制度原则以及开展认证工作的主要流程，包括认证申请、型式试验、初始工厂检查、认证结果评价与批准和获证后的监督等。同时对数字电视显示器产品清晰度认证工作中的重要组成部分—认证标志的设计原则、使用原则等进行了说明。

Abstract: In this paper, first describe the DTV products certification requirements for the 
DTV products and the corresponding market environment, then decide the ascertain 
principle of the certification characteristics. Second through conscientious analysis,decide
the certification mode to process the DTV monitor's voluntary certification. Third,introduce
the technical base and the certification system's principle for the DTV products voluntary
certification work,including certification application,type test,initial production inspection
certification results' evaluation and approve,and certificate supervise.At the same time,
explain the key part of the DTV products definition certification work,such as the design
principle and the use principle of the certification LOGO etc..
