摘要  针对网络产品的特点进行分析，深入研究产品认证要素并建立网络产品适用的认证制度。认证要素包括产品的认证特性、认证遵循的标准或技术规范、适用的认证模式、适用的检测方式、证后监督方式，以及认证标志的设计。

Abstract: To develop the certification system of network products we analyze 
characteristics of network products and deep research these certification elements. The 
certification elements include certification characteristic of the product,every standard 
or technical criterion that the product must be followed, the most suited certification
model and testing method, Surveillance mode, and the design elements of the 
certification mark.
