摘要 对基于构件技术的开发模式进行了研究，包括对生存周期模型和开发管理模式的研究。通过分析基于构件的软件开发模式的特点，并和传统的开发模式进行比较，给出了基于构件技术软件开发的生存周期模型和合理的组织机构建设图。

Abstract：In this paper, we focused our analysis on the developing model based on 
component techniques, including lifecycle model and management model. By identifying 
the characters of the model based on component and by comparing with the traditional 
model, we got the lifecycle model and organizational structure.
