摘要  介绍了ATSC标准的基本技术情况，包括ATSC标准文本涉及的技术的分类，并指出含有专利权的相关标准文件；进而分析各专利权人的背景、公司之间的关联，以及有关专利权的法律状态，最后就ATSC中的专利状况相关问题进行分析总结。

Abstract:This report first will analyze the basic thnical situation which includes thnical 
fields in the ATSC standard, and then will point out the involved standard files that 
contain patents. After that, the report will fouce on the analysis of every patentee’s 
background,the relationship between the companies who owe patent and the patents’s
legal situation. Last but not least, the problem about the patent in ATSC standard will
also be discussed.
